Refund and Returns Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns may be charged a restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable as these are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. For items valued at $75 or more, you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package prior to contacting us with a reason for return (delightfulgiftsgalorestore@gmail.com). If you do so, a refund will not be issued. Once we receive your email, we'll reply with the return instructions.

Restocking Fees
If your return is accepted, you may be charged a restocking fee. See the following examples:

  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item unused and in the original condition/packaging within the return window. Restocking fee will be 20% of the item's price. Change of mind can include accidental order, a better price available, or no longer needed/wanted.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the return window but Delightful Gifts Galore receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Restocking fee will be 50% of the item's price.
  • The buyer returns an item within the return window with obvious signs of use. Restocking fee will be 50% of the item's price.

The following are examples where you will not have to pay a restocking fee:

  • The buyer receives damaged or defective item.
  • The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or some error on our part. For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. Please contact us first before returning for replacement, so we can give you the appropriate return instructions. The return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or damaged, the return shipping cost initially covered by Delightful Gifts Galore will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

Exchanges
If you would like to receive a different item or a different size, you would need to return the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable as these are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier. Please contact us first before returning, so the appropriate return instructions can be provided.

Handmade and Customizable Products
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we do not accept returns unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by Delightful Gifts Galore, then we will accept the return.
  • All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable as these are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at delightfulgiftsgalorestore@gmail.com or call us at 804-223-0479.
